Must locate or expand in the VCEDA service area (Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Tazewell, Wise counties, or City of Norton)
Loans available for real estate, construction, and equipment
Grants available for infrastructure, workforce development, and feasibility studies
