Kentucky's primary job creation and investment incentive for manufacturing; provides income tax credits (up to 100% of corporate income tax liability from the project) and wage assessments (up to 4.5% of taxable wages) for up to 10 years (15 years in enhanced incentive counties) for new and expanding manufacturers locating or expanding in Kentucky; minimum 10 new full-time jobs and $100,000 in eligible costs required.

Eligibility
New and expanding manufacturers and agribusinesses locating or expanding in Kentucky; must create a minimum of 10 new full-time jobs for Kentucky residents, incur at least $100,000 in eligible costs, and compensate at least 90% of new employees at 150% of the federal minimum wage; projects in enhanced incentive counties may qualify for expanded benefits up to 15 years.
