Small businesses in Minnesota communities adversely impacted by structural racial discrimination, civil unrest, or lack of access to capital. Distributed through legislatively named PROMISE Act partner organizations.
Requirements
- Must be a small business in an eligible community
- Must apply through a designated PROMISE Act community partner organization
- Loan funds used for eligible business expenses
