About this program
The Downtown Investment Authority uses food-and-beverage incentives to attract and expand restaurants, cafes, and similar street-level uses in downtown Jacksonville. Eligible costs can include build-out, equipment, tenant improvements, and other activation expenses approved by the DIA.
Eligibility
Food and beverage businesses opening or expanding in eligible Downtown Jacksonville locations.
Requirements
- Meet eligible use and downtown location criteria
- Submit business plan, lease, budget, and project scope
- Comply with DIA agreement and reimbursement rules
