Eligibility
Any company qualifying for the federal R&D tax credit that conducts qualified research activities in Delaware. Small businesses under $20M revenue have enhanced rates.
Requirements
- Conduct qualified research activities in Delaware under IRC § 41 standards
- Qualify for the federal R&D tax credit
- Submit Form 2070AC by September 15 after the taxable year
