Annual competitive grants of $25,000–$175,000 to enhance the competitiveness of Oregon specialty crops (fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, horticulture, nursery crops), open to producer groups, nonprofits, and others.

Eligibility
Nonprofits, for-profit organizations, local governments, Tribal governments, colleges, and universities. Projects must solely benefit Oregon specialty crop industries. USDA makes approximately $2 million available to Oregon annually.
Requirements
- Project must enhance competitiveness of U.S. specialty crops
- Must solely benefit specialty crop production and access in Oregon
- Annual application deadline: January 31 by noon Pacific Time
