About this program
The Georgia Loan Participation Program uses SSBCI funds to purchase a portion of loans originated by participating lenders to eligible small business borrowers, reducing lender exposure and expanding access to capital for Georgia businesses.
Eligibility
Eligible Georgia corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, nonprofits, and cooperatives with generally 500 or fewer employees and no more than 750 employees.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender
- Use funds for eligible business purposes such as working capital, equipment, inventory, startup costs, or owner-occupied facilities
- Meet underwriting, SSBCI, and borrower eligibility requirements
