Eligibility
U.S. military veterans, Reservists, National Guard members, transitioning active-duty service members aged 21+, military spouses, and Gold Star family members; must be low-income, own at least 51% of a legally registered U.S. business, and be in an early stage.
Requirements

- Active-duty transitioning member, Reservist, National Guardsman, veteran, or military spouse in Massachusetts
- Low-income and lacks financial means to start or grow the business
