Low-cost, fixed-rate loans up to $750,000 for Colorado farmers, ranchers, and agriculturally supportive businesses. Repayment terms of 1 to 20 years. Administered through First Southwest Bank.

Eligibility
Colorado residents who are at least 18 years old, registered business entities or sole proprietors in Colorado with a state business license, who own or operate a farm, ranch, or agricultural support business. Businesses processing, packaging, storing, or grading Colorado farm products also qualify.
