Eligibility
Commercial property owners and business tenants with owner authorization completing eligible façade or frontage improvements within the Downtown Roseville program area.
Requirements
- Own or lease an eligible commercial property in the Downtown Roseville program area
- Obtain property owner authorization if applying as a tenant
- Submit a complete Commercial Corridor Facade Rebate Program application before starting work
