Eligibility
Indiana organizations in counties with little to no state arts funding. Invitation-only program administered by the Indiana Arts Commission.
Requirements
- Must be located in an Indiana county designated by the IAC as underserved for arts funding
- Invitation-only program – organizations must be invited by IAC
- Must propose community-based arts programming that serves the county
