Eligibility
For-profit businesses at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by an ethnic minority (African American, Hispanic, Asian Pacific Islander, Asian Indian, or Native American) U.S. citizen.
Requirements

- Owner is a U.S. citizen
- For-profit business in Kentucky
